An existing client asked us to do a project for them outside of Wisconsin. The project required the local municipality to rezone existing farm land. This public warehouse is located in a central location that now services multiple clients for our customer. The building has a mix of both ambient and cooler space. There have been multiple additions to this facility because of the demand of quality warehousing in the region.
